就是在安裝的時候，量表還在跑的時候 (程式還沒安裝完畢啟動時)
進到C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\Avast 把 ashBase.dll 先給他取代掉
之後開啟時，就不會被系統吃住，無法取代了。
